Although one of the lowest-ranking individuals in sickbay, Teague had the unique experience of actually saving the life of the chief medical officer, Doctor Cromwell. During his first-ever away mission, he found himself the only conscious person in the team behind enemy lines after an ambush. The doctor was mortally wounded by phasor fire, and Teague, without any knowledge of field surgery, brought his superior back from the brink of death. Afterwards, Teague became the “doctor's pet” in sickbay much to the friendly harrassment of his other enlisted colleagues. After the Remnant Attacks of stardate 58851, Teague was reassigned.
