Personnel Profile
Thirty-seven years in Starfleet turned Chief Rainier into a seasoned veteran of the fleet. Serving both in the Cardassian Border Conflict and the Dominion War, Rainier was a hardened leader of enlisted personnel. His loyalty to the commanding officer he serves was matched only by his devotion to the ship and crew. Discipline among his subordinates was heavily reinforced, but contained a positive, friendly edge that motivated the enlisted personnel under him. Normally, Chief Rainier was found on the bridge, as his generalized skill allowed him to operate most all of the bridge stations with adequate proficiency under normal conditions. His most noteworthy skill was at damage control, as his uncanny knowledge of the entire enlisted crew allowed him to direct the appropriate personnel in a highly efficient manner. After the Remnant Attacks of stardate 58851, Brad retired from Starfleet.
